PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEST

Since the Landscape of the Geniuses open a contest to Instagram because you can show your creativity all capture an image of any place related with the four geniuses that make the route, Antoni Gaudí to Reus, Joan Miró to Mont-Roig, Pablo Picasso to Horta de Sant Joan and Pau Casals to El Vendrell.

If your photography go out selected like the winning, you’ll get of gift a lunch for two people to the emblematic restaurant of the hotel Miralles to Horta de Sant Joan and two Genius Cards of the Route!

THEMATIC OF THE CONTEST

The thematic of the contest is totally free. Only it is necessary to do a somewhere representative photography of the Landscape of the Geniuses. Can inspire you in any of these places:

Institute Pere Mata, Ermita Mare de Deu de la Roca, Museum Pau Casals and Convent of Sant Salvador, etc.

OBJECTIVE

The aim of the contest is that the population of the zone and the visitors can take part in a collective activity for encourage and promote the Route of the Landscape of the Geniuses and the municipalities which the make, all over of the country and of the world.

LIKE TAKING PART ?

It can take part in the contest any greater physical person of 18 years, fulfilling the following requirements:

1.- Follow the account of Instagram @elpaisatgedelsgenis

2.- Follow the account of Instagram @hotelmiralles

3.- Do a photography of any place related with the genius, being free the thematic chosen

4.- Publish the image to Instagram all using the hashtag #ElPaisatgeDelsGenis and #HotelMiralles

5.- Add the location of the photography, to know that it has been realised in the territory that comprises the Landscape of the Geniuses

TERM

The term of participation of the contest comprises since the day 24 until the day 28 of March of the 2016.

SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The selection of the winner will carry out once finalised the contest, the day 28 of March, for the managers of the office of the Landscape of the Geniuses.

For the election will value , between other, the quality, creativity, originality and artistic execution of the photography, always as the criterion of the personal attendant. The office of the Landscape of the Geniuse will be able to publish the winning photography to his place web and to his profiles of the social networks.

The winning will be published to the account of Instagram @elpaisatgedelsgenis

CONDITIONS

1.- All the participants assume the responsibility of having obtained, if applicable, the rights of image of any person that can go out to the photographies. The images that present to the contest, will not be able to violation right of author neither any one other right to third.

2.- The registration to the contest involves that the participant have account to Instagram and that it respect the conditions of said social network. Besides, in order to validate your participation, the profile where hang the photography will have to be public.

3.- Those photographies that breach the bases established, or that even fulfilling them can infringe personal rights, result offensive, obtrusive or discriminatory will be disqualified. It remains reserved to the office of the Landscape of the Geniuses the right to report and ask the elimination of the photography.

4.- Each participant will be able to publish only a photography.

5.- The fact that a photography have many likes me or comments will not suppose an increase in the possibilities to win.

6.- The winner of the contest yields the right of image in order that the Landscape of the Geniuses can use it in any one of the channels of communication of those that has, and even, hang them to the place web and profiles of the social networks.

7.- The winner of the contest is conscious of which the office of the Landscape of the Geniuses can use his image name for material of promotion related with this campaign.
